During your initial Physical Therapy evaluation, our clinician will create a customized program with you based on your individual needs and goals.
Modalities
Therapeutic treatment that applies electrical stimulation in treating muscle spasms and pain. This treatment can prevent atrophy and build strength.
Wheelchair assessments
Our clinicians will evaluate and assess current and/or future mobility devices for optimum positioning and locomotive needs.
Home Safety Assessments
Our clinicians will evaluate your home and make recommendations on ways to modify the home to ensure safety and prevent falls.
Balance Training/Fall Risk Assessment
Our clinicians utilize standardized tests and measurements to assess functional mobility and risk for falls. All assessments/techniques are research and evidence based.
Functional Mobility and Gait Training
Our clinicians will complete a comprehensive gait analysis to assess any current deficits that may be impairing functional mobility.
